Turn a PDF or image drawing into an editable DXF
This converter rebuilds a scanned or exported mechanical drawing as a DXF you can edit in CAD. You confirm one known dimension so the result comes out at real scale.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with vector PDFs?
Yes. When the PDF contains vector geometry it is extracted directly, which is more precise than tracing an image.
How is the scale set?
You choose a dimension on the drawing and type its real value. All geometry is scaled from that reference.
Is the DXF ready for manufacturing?
Tracing a raster image is never perfect. Check the result and the unclassified count before using the file for production.
