MechLAB

Where mechanical design
becomes intelligence.

MechLAB is a web hub of mechanical engineering tools where the rigor of mechanics meets digital analysis: measure liner wear, reverse engineer gears, convert drawings to DXF, nest ceramic tiles and verify bolted and welded joints, all under one account and paying only for what you run.

How MechLAB works

  1. Create a free account. You start with 10 welcome tokens.
  2. Pick a tool and add your data. An image, a DXF, a set of measurements.
  3. Download the result. Reports, CSV, JSON or DXF, depending on the tool.

Frequently asked questions

What is MechLAB?

MechLAB is a web hub of tools for mechanical engineers. It brings design, data analysis and prediction together under one account: liner wear analysis, gear reverse engineering, drawing-to-DXF conversion, tile nesting, dimensional quality reports and bolted and welded joint verification.

How do tokens work?

Every new account starts with 10 welcome tokens. Each analysis costs a few tokens (2 to 5 today) and GaugeX is free. Token purchases are coming soon.

Which tools can I use today?

WearSection, GearScan, Tile Nesting, GaugeX, BoltCheck, WeldCheck and the Drawing to DXF converter. SurfScan is coming soon.

Is my data private?

Runs, uploads and reports are stored under your account and can only be opened while you are logged in. Tile Nesting runs entirely in your browser.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You use every tool straight from your browser. You only need an account.

Can I rely on the results for production work?

The tools support engineering decisions, but critical results should always be verified against your own standards and field measurements.
